Three of the sixteen suites at The Elephant Camp have an elevated star bed on a platform adjacent to the suite. All three are at Main Camp, on the ridge above the Wild Horizons Wildlife Sanctuary. A comfortable bed draped in mosquito netting, the African sky overhead and the sounds of the sanctuary all around – guests fall asleep under the stars and wake to sunrise over the Batoka Gorge.
The star bed sits a few steps from the main suite, so guests keep full access to everything the suite offers: the private plunge pool, the outdoor shower, the en-suite bathroom, the mini-bar and the lounge. Spend the night out on the platform or retreat indoors – both are right there. The Star Bed Suites are the camp’s most distinctive way to spend a night at Victoria Falls.
