Wild Horizons transfers for all major activities & flights are designed around flight & border operating times.
All our transfers are conducted in Mini Buses and/or Coaches. Our Guide will personally meet your clients with name board that clearly states the client’s name/s. On their journey to town they are given a brief but informative commentary on the area, places to visit and items of special interest. On arrival clients are given a Welcome letter containing Wild Horizons contact details and details of all services booked with us.

Regrettably, due to poor access road to the following properties, we do not transfer to: Royal Chundu, Chundukwa and Songwe Village.

Our meet and greet service allows us to meet you at the immigration counter in the arrivals hall. This service is perfect for small to medium groups, those who are elderly, those who have disabilities, anxious travellers and those with young children or excess luggage. Our representative will assist passengers from the immigration counter to their transfer vehicle.

Please note: As we are operating in a high security controlled area, there are some conditions attached to this service as follows:
* Our representatives must remain inside the terminal building, i.e. they are not permitted to meet passengers on the apron or off the aircraft.
* Passengers will still be required to process through immigration and customs and the service will not allow them to jump ahead in the queue.
* This service must be booked in advance to ensure we have our security cleared personnel in place.
If we are collecting clients from a private flight, we will offer complimentary transfers to the crew if they are travelling to town at the same time as the Clients. If the Crew need to stay on at the airport to refuel and require a separate transfer, this will be charged at the normal rate.

Our transfers to and from Botswana are operated at pre-scheduled times and the journey from the Sun International properties to Kasane via the Kazungula Ferry crossing is approximately 1½ hours. If clients wish to travel at an unscheduled time, the transfer will be treated as “private” and will be charged at a minimum of 4 persons.
Kazungula Ferry Crossing For all Zambian – Botswana transfers, clients are ferried across the Zambezi River by small speed boat to the Botswana river bank where they are met by 4×4 Game Drive vehicles that transfer the clients to their final destination.

Please note: Clients will need their Passports and where necessary, a Visa to enter Botswana. The clients Visa must be purchased in advance from a Botswana High Commission and Visa fees are not included in our transfer rates.
Wild Horizons Concierge Service is a private service aimed at providing guests with a personalised experience in Victoria Falls, Livingstone and Chobe. We have a pool of highly experienced guides who will take care of your guests itinerary from before they arrive in Victoria Falls.
The service includes pre-hotel checks, meet and greets, private guiding service and daily feedback to you, the agent, on each guests movements.
The concierge travels free of charge on all tours, cruises and transfers. They will accompany the guests to the various activities such as lion encounter, Heli flip etc. but will not physically partake in the activity – unless the activity is booked and paid for.
The concierge guide will be with the guests at collection from hotel, transfer with them to activity, be with them during intro, safety brief etc. and will wait for them at the activity site until they are completed the activity and will transfer back to town with them.
