Marshal brings his wealth of experience and passion for hospitality to his role as Duty Manager at The Elephant Camp. With a strong background in the tourism industry, he is dedicated to creating unforgettable safari experiences for guests while leading his team with resilience and creativity.

Hopewell “Hope” Mafika is an exceptional camp host and duty officer at The Elephant Camp, known for creating memorable guest experiences. With a career that began as a switchboard operator in 2012, his dedication and passion for hospitality have earned him a reputation for always going the extra mile. Hope’s warm personality and commitment to exceeding expectations make him a valued member of the team, ensuring that guests leave with lasting smiles.

Tinashe and Gloria, the General Managers of The Elephant Camp, bring a profound passion for wildlife and conservation, cultivated through their upbringing in Victoria Falls. With a commitment to green tourism, they’ve earned numerous awards for their leadership in conservation at Wallow Lodge. Their broad expertise spans Microbiology, Guiding, Hospitality, Accounting, and Human Resources, which they creatively apply to enhance the guest experience at The Elephant Camp. When they’re not managing the camp, they enjoy traveling, gaining insights that further shape their approach to delivering unforgettable and meaningful stays for all guests.

Victoria Falls native Fenny fell in love with tourism early, gaining experience in various roles since high school. After university, her adventurous spirit led her to join the Old Drift Lodge team, where she thrives by the Zambezi River, sharing her passion for travel and culture. Fenny’s vibrant smile is sure to brighten your stay!

Amanda, passionate about people and nature, serves as Duty Officer at Old Drift Lodge. With a background in law, business, and community engagement, she brings creativity, warmth, and attention to detail, making everyone feel at home.

Farai, a nature enthusiast and conservationist, combines expertise in Wildlife Ecology and guiding to deliver exceptional experiences. Passionate about sustainable tourism, he shares his love for nature at Old Drift Lodge while pursuing studies in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
